Established in 2013, Coastal Confections is a Custom Cake Shop and Bakery located in Richmond Hill GA, serving Richmond Hill, Savannah, Tybee Island, St Simons Island and surrounding areas. We are available by Appointment only. ABOUT OUR FOUNDER:
Our founder and Head Pastry Chef Davy Crockett Murray was trained by world renowned Chef Jean Yves Vendeville of France. Davy received his Culinary Degree, graduated with honors and became Certified by the American Culinary Federation in 2012.
Chef Davy is very active in the Richmond Hill community, always donating his talents for worthy charities and causes, such as the Richmond Hill Rotary Club, The Mathew Freeman Project, the Bryan County Bark Park and the Ogeechee Riverkeepers.

As a Certified ServSafe Instructor, Chef Davy personally oversees each order at Coastal Confections to ensure all safety, sanitation, and Health Regulations are followed to the letter. You can rest assured that your order will be prepared not only correctly, but with the utmost attention to Health Regulations. Coastal Confections is a 100% legal operating Bakery with business licenses and inspections by Bryan County and the State of Georgia. Coastal Confections is also a licensed registered business with the Georgia Secretary of State.
Coastal Confections has been featured in (Savannah Georgia's) The Bryan County News, WTOC, WSAV and in the National Media several times during the past year for our Custom creations. Our professionally trained head Pastry Chef Davy Crockett has been praised and showcased nationally by The American Culinary Federation for his Custom creations. Our Custom Wedding Cakes have been showcased in national wedding magazines publications such as Borrowed and Blue, The Knot and Ruffled.
Coastal Confections specializes in Custom Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, 3-D cakes, any Occasion Cakes, Artisan Breads and European Pastries that you will not find anywhere in the the surrounding area. Everything we create is made entirely in house using only the freshest high quality ingredients. Our creations are always fresh never previously frozen.
