Custom Cake Price List
Coastal Confections' customized cakes, desserts and cookies are edible works of art that require skill, artistry, and can take days to complete. Our creations are made with only the freshest high quality ingredients and decorated uniquly to suit just your event. If we know your budget, we can design you a cake that will suit your budget as well as provide you with additional dessert options to also suit your budget and your event; so that you and your guests will love and remember your event forever.
We have a $500.00 minimum on all wedding cakes. Our custom cakes prices start at $6.00 per serving for butter cream covered cakes, $7.00 per serving for fondant covered cakes, and $10.00 per serving for sculpted/3D cakes. The final cake price is determined by the size and complexity on the cake, not just by the number of servings. We also offer buffet style Pie Bars and Dessert Bars that can be customized to suit any event. Delivery and set up are complimentary within the Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Hinesville, Midway areas; if your delivery is anywhere outside these areas there may be an additional charge.
Cake Tasting & Consultation
$50.00
This Fee is due before your cake tasting and consultation. With this fee you get to chose a combination of up to three samples of either cake and filling, pie, or a dessert option for your tasting. You can chose additional samples for an additional fee. If you would like our Chef's recommendations on cake and cake filling pairings just ask/email us, we would be glad to help.
We recommend that you schedule a cake tasting and consultation appointment as far in advance as possible in order to ensure your date is available. We charge a $50 fee for all consultations and cakes tasting during our normal consultation hours which are Tuesdays thru Fridays between hours of 9:30 am and 5pm and this $50 fee will be applied toward your Grand Total once you secure our services.
We also offer Weekend/After Hours Consultations and Cake tasting as well for a slightly higher fee. Weekend/After hours times can be arranged after 5pm weekdays or on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Please note that most Saturdays date/times are reserved for our prior scheduled Wedding Cake deliveries.
All of our cake tastings are for two people in your party. If you want to have more than two people from your party present at your cake tasting and want additional tableware provide or additional samples provided, an additional fee will be required for each additional person you bring.
We use Paypal for all payments and we acccept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. This fee is applied to your grand total if you used Coastal Confections for your Wedding or Event cake. This fee is non-refundable.
Cake Stand
If your cake requires equipment such as columns, cake plates, or a stand, we will charge the full fee of $100
If the equipment is returned to us in original condition no later than 3 days after the event date, we will refund $50.00. If the equipment is not returned in the original condition or not returned by the "equipment return date" then no redund will be given.
Anniversary Tier
$55.00
A anniversary tier is a 6" cake of your choice of flavor and filling that we cover with buttercream, freeze, and wrap tight so no air will come through, and then we box up your cake and deliver it to the event site. On the anniversary date of your wedding you can enjoy your cake as if it were the day of your wedding! We will deliver it to the person in charge of the event, who is responsible for placing it into a freezer. We ask that you inform us of this person ahead of time and we are not held accountable for any damage done after we hand over the Anniversary Tier.
Smash Cake

A smash cake is a small 6" cake of your choice of flavor and color that we bring along with your event cake so that a small child can smash, eat, and just get messy with! We tend to make these for a child's first birthday.
